As Omada is a lifestyle program, the weekly lessons focus on whole life changes. Every week, new and engaging content is released to cover topics like nutrition, stress management, time management, and problem-solving skills. Lessons typically take about 15 minutes per week. A new lesson will unlock on the Lessons page each Sunday.

For Web: How do I view and complete a lesson?
To view and complete a new or previous lesson via the mobile app:
- Tap the Learning icon at the bottom of your screen. This will take you to your Lessons and Resources page.
- Tap on Lessons.
- Scroll to the lesson that you'd like to complete. You may Start a new lesson, Continue a lesson you did not complete, or Reread a previous lesson you have completed.
- Tap either Start, Continue, or Reread on the desired lesson to open the lesson to begin.
- Tap Next > at the bottom of the lesson page to move to the next page of the lesson.
- Tap < Prev if you would like to go back to a previous page.
- At the end of each lesson, you can choose up to three habits or activities that you can try to implement into your daily life for the week. This section is completely optional. Tap the boxes next to the habits you would like to try and tap Save once done. Alternatively, you may tap Skip.
- You will not be able to jump or skip pages. However, once you have completed a lesson, you can tap Practice to select up to 3 habits you would like to try for the week.
