If you haven’t logged into your Omada account or used your Omada provided devices in over 12 months, your account will be automatically closed. However, we will be reaching out in advance to give you a heads up.
If you received an email stating that your account is set to be closed and you still want to take advantage of the program, simply log in to your account or use your device to keep your account open. Your health coach is still available to help support you with your health goals.
How can I keep my account open?
As long as you are covered for the program and are actively engaging in the program, your account will remain open. Please note that some employers and health plans only cover this program for their members for a limited time. If that applies, you will be receiving separate communication when your time in the program is ending.
My account was closed due to being inactive. Am I able to rejoin the program?
While you are no longer able to access your Omada account, please check in with your HR or benefits department, or call member services (the phone number on the back of your insurance card) to see what other programs are available to you at this time.
Will my devices (such as scale) still work after my account is closed?
Yes, all devices received from Omada should continue to function after your account is closed. You are welcome to keep and continue to use any device(s) you may have received from Omada as part of the program free of charge, but please note: the device(s) will be disconnected from your account within the two weeks of your account being closed and it will no longer transmit data to Omada.
If you received blood glucose test strips and lancets for your blood glucose meter, you will no longer receive shipments of these supplies if your account is closed. If you need access to these supplies, you may contact the device supplier to purchase supplies (information on the back of your devices).
