It happens to us all. You may reset your password via a web browser or the Omada mobile app. Here’s how to reset your password to regain access to your Omada account.
If you’d like to reset your password via the mobile app, follow the steps below:
- Ensure you have the Omada mobile app downloaded.
- Tap Forgot Password?
- Type in the email address associated with your Omada account.
- Make sure not to include any spaces before or after your email address. Sometimes browsers that try to auto-fill your email address will include them, and that might cause an error with resetting your password. Please try typing everything out manually if that seems to be happening.
- Once you have entered your email address, tap Send reset link.
- A password reset email will be sent to the email address you entered.
- Ensure you have entered the email address associated with your Omada account. If you don't receive the email, it's possible that you entered your email address incorrectly or the email went to your Spam or Junk folder. Try completing this step again and check all your email folders.
- Click the link in the password reset email.
- Enter your new password and click Reset password.
- Once you’re redirected to Omada's login page, you should see a banner confirming your password has been successfully changed.
- Login with your new password to confirm.
