You will have access to resources to help you explore physical, social, and psychological components of healthy living, including the essential knowledge and skills to self-manage conditions like pre-diabetes, diabetes, and hypertension.
You can ask your health coach for additional resources to support you in the program which you can access through your Resources page.

To access your resources:
- Please login into your Omada account via a web browser.
- Click on Resources in the left-hand navigation panel.
- The Resources page will display articles with the most recent one at the top. You may also use the search bar to locate a specific resource.
- Select the resource you are interested in reviewing.
