You will have access to resources to help you explore physical, social, and psychological components of healthy living, including the essential knowledge and skills to self-manage conditions like pre-diabetes, diabetes, and hypertension.
You can ask your health coach for additional resources to support you in the program which you can access through your Resources page.

Please download the Omada mobile app to get started and follow the instructions below to access your resources:
- Tap the Learning icon at the bottom of your screen. This will take you to your Lessons and Resources page.
- Tap on Resources.
- The Resources page will display the most recent articles at the top. You may also use the search bar to locate a specific resource.
- Select the resource you are interested in reviewing.
