If you have an Android device and see the following error message: "Could not connect to network" when trying to access the Omada app, we have a solution for you.
Please update to the latest Omada Android app version. If you are on Android app version 5.3.1 or earlier and do not see the new version of the app available to you within the Play store (the only option available is to "Open" the app and not to "Update" the app), please follow these steps:
- From a Home screen, navigate to Settings > Apps.
- Note if unavailable, navigate: Settings > (Applications) Application manager.
- For Oreo OS, navigate: Apps icon > Settings > Apps & Notifications > App info.
- Tap Google Play Store
- Tap Storage
- Clear Cache then tap Clear Data
- Tap OK
- Go back into the Google Play store “Omada” app listing and try to reinstall the app.
If you are still not able to update or access the app, please do not hesitate to let us know by clicking the Contact Us button below.
