If you use the mobile app for your iPhone or Android phone, new features are frequently made available. To access these new features, the latest update of the app is required. Normally, when you log into the Omada app, it will automatically prompt you for an update. Please click the word "update" to install the newest version of the Omada app.
If you do not receive a prompt, please follow these steps below.
For Android:
1. Go to the Google Play store on your Android phone. Using the search bar at the top of the screen, type in "Omada Health".
2. A list of apps will appear on the screen. Select "Omada" by tapping on it. Then click on the green button that says "update." Your phone will alert you as the update is being installed.
For iPhone:
1. Go to the App store on your iPhone. Click on the "search" icon at the bottom of the screen. Type in the words "Omada Health."
2. The Omada app will appear. Please click the button that says "update." Your phone will alert you as the update is being installed.
If no update is available, and you have the most current version of the app, you will see the word "installed" or "open" instead of "update." You may open up your app after it has been updated, by tapping "open."
