How do I view my Care Plan and medications?

Your Care Plan is where you can see your upcoming and past visits, your current medications, and any updates from your care team, all in one place.

1. From the app’s home screen, tap My Health, then select the Care Plan tab.

2. Under Visits, view your upcoming appointment details, or tap See all to view your full visit history and summaries.
3. Under Medications, review each medication you’re taking, along with dosage and prescription details.
   1. Tap View information for details on a specific medication, or Manage to make updates.
4. Check for lab results here or in your message center if your provider has ordered or received them.

Please note: If you don’t see an expected visit, medication, or lab update in your Care Plan, message your care team through the app and they can help.
