How do I set up my Omada account?

After you apply, you’ll create your login and personalize your account. Here’s what to expect.

1. Download the Omada app (or open it if you already have it) and log in with the email and password you used when you applied.

2. Enter the name you’d like your care team to call you, then tap Looks good. This also appears in any group discussions you join. You can use your real name or a nickname, whatever you’re comfortable with.

3. Tap through the short series of welcome screens introducing your program, including tips and advice, how Wheel provider check-ins work, and what support is available to you.
