Omada does not have information about manufacturer savings card or coupon program eligibility, applications, or discount amounts — those programs are run entirely by the medication manufacturer and depend on things we don’t have visibility into The pricing you see in your Omada Care Plan reflects the manufacturer-direct cash pay price, which is separate from any savings card program.

You may notice a program name on your medication details page, like “KwikPen Self-Pay Savings Card” (Zepbound), “Wegovy Savings Offer” (Wegovy pen or pill), or “Foundayo Savings Card” (Foundayo) — that’s just the manufacturer’s label for the cash pay price already shown, not a separate discount we can confirm details on.
