How do I pay for my medication?

Payment for your medication always happens directly with your pharmacy. Here's how it works.

Omada never collects or processes payment for your medication. You always pay the pharmacy directly.

1.  If you chose your own pharmacy:
   1. You'll pay them directly at pickup or checkout, following their normal process.
2. If your prescription went to LillyDirect: 
   1. Once it's processed, you'll get a secure payment link by text.
3. If your prescription went to NovoCare Pharmacy: 
   1. You'll get a separate checkout message once your order is ready. 
   2. That's where you'll create your account, review your order, pay, and choose delivery.
4. LillyDirect or NovoCare Payment Options:
   1. Is typically by credit or debit card. If you have an FSA/HSA card, check with your plan administrator to confirm it can be used for this purchase.
