Canceling an appointment with your provider is simple! Simply log into the app and go to the 'Inbox' tab in the bottom of the screen.
From there, you will see a calendar icon on the top right of your screen.
Click on this and you will see a My Appointments page with a “Reschedule" or "Cancel” option to the right of your scheduled visit.
Once you click on "Cancel" you will be prompted to confirm "No" or "Yes."
