Rescheduling an appointment with your provider is simple and convenient. Simply log into the app and go to the 'Inbox' tab in the bottom of the screen.
From there, you will see a calendar icon on the top right of your screen.
Click on this and you will see a My Appointments page with a “Reschedule" or "Cancel” option to the right of your scheduled visit.
Once you click on "Reschedule" you will be able to choose a new appointment time.
