There are a number of cases where you may need to re-login or recover your account on your mobile device:
- You want to continue using Omada for Joint and Muscle Health on a new phone
- You would like to use Omada for Joint and Muscle Health on multiple devices (e.g. a tablet)
- You lost your original install email
- You want to log back in (after logging out)
To recover your account, you will need to use your password or if you were originally sent invite codes, you will need to re-issue your login codes.
Install Omada for Joint and Muscle Health
First, install Omada for Joint and Muscle Health on the new device.
If you have created a password in the past, enter your email and password in the indicated boxes. If you were originally sent invite codes, please follow the steps listed below to have the codes resent to you.
To Resend Invite Codes
First, tap "Enter here" at the bottom of the login screen.
Then tap "Resend my code":
Enter your email, and your code will be sent (always check spam!):
After you receive your code, tap the link and your code will be pre-filled. If the words do not automatically appear, enter type them in and hit "Next".
