There are a number of cases where you may need to re-login or recover your account on your mobile device:
- You want to continue using Omada for Joint and Muscle Health on a new phone
- You would like to use Omada for Joint and Muscle Health on multiple devices (e.g. a tablet)
- You lost your original install email
- You want to log back in (after logging out)
To recover your account, you will need to use your password or if you forgot your password you will need to click on Forgot Password.
Install Omada for Joint and Muscle Health
First, install Omada for Joint and Muscle Health on the new device for Android or iOS.
Login
If you have created a password in the past, enter your email and password in the indicated boxes.
Password Reset
If you’d like to reset your password via the mobile app, follow the steps below:
- Ensure you have the Omada for Joint and Muscle Health mobile app downloaded.
- Tap Forgot Password?
- Type in the email address associated with your Omada account.

- Make sure not to include any spaces before or after your email address. Sometimes browsers that try to auto-fill your email address will include them, and that may cause an error with resetting your password.

- Once you have entered your email address, tap Reset My Password.
- A password reset email will be sent to the email address you entered.
Please ensure you have entered the email address associated with your Omada for Joint and Muscle Health account. If you don’t receive an email, it’s possible that you entered your email address incorrectly or the email went to your Spam or Junk folder. Try completing this step again and check all your folders.
