If you're having poor, choppy, or interrupted video connection with your Omada provider during a video visit, please follow the following steps:
- Verify a strong internet connection on your phone (WiFi connection is preferred over cellular data).
- Run an internet speed test to double-check. A minimum 1 mbps internet speed is recommended but 5mbps is preferred.
- Search "speed test" in a Google search bar
- Run the test on your device (less than 30 seconds)
If you're unable to troubleshoot or improve the connection, please end the video and use the Chat function to message your provider and reschedule for a future date and time.
