We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and that it may not be a good time for you to commit to the Omada program. Should you need to leave the program for any reason, send an email to Support@omadahealth.com with your request. Please specify if you'd like your account closed immediately, or if you would like a few days to review materials or send any final messages to your group or coach.
If you'd like to stay in the program, but stop receiving emails from Omada, you can indicate that in your account settings by adjusting your notification settings. Instructions here.
