Omada Health will replace a device provided only by Omada Health, as needed, during the first year of participation in the program.
"As needed" is determined by the Omada Health Participant Support Team in the case of a scale, and a blood pressure monitor, or as determined by the BioTel Care Support Team or Greater Goods Support Team in the case of a blood glucose meter.
Devices malfunctioning past one year of participation will be replaced at the discretion of the Omada Health Participant Support Team, BioTel Care Support Team, or Greater Goods Support Team.
Safe Handling & Disposal of Devices
Devices will be deactivated immediately after initiating use of a replacement device on an active account. Devices can be properly and safely disposed of at any e-waste recycling center.
