How does the scale transmit my weight?
The Omada wireless scale transmits your weights using the cellular data networks of AT&T and/or T-Mobile.
No Wi-Fi, web routers, or internet connections are required to set up the scale.
We recommend weighing in at roughly the same time daily. You can navigate over to your Progress page to view your weight chart. Typically, weights are transmitted to your Omada account within 5 minutes. If your scale displays an error message, check out this article!
Your group will not see your weights, but they are visible to your health coach.
If your weight does not appear in your Omada account after 24 hours, please contact us. Please include the approximate date and weight from your most recent weigh in.
