This email confirms that your wireless scale has been linked to your Omada account.
If you have not received an email after weighing in for the first time:
- Review the instructions that arrived with your wireless scale and attempt another weigh in. Instructions can be found here.
- Check your email inbox for an email from Omada or support@omadahealth.com in a few minutes.
- Check your junk or spam folder for an email from Omada or support@omadahealth.com, if you do not see any messages in your inbox.
- Contact us if you continue to experience persistent issues linking your scale to your account.
