Promising Early Insights on Engagement and Weight Loss and Maintenance Outcomes:
Weight Loss and Engagement:
- Members who used Wegovy® and/or Saxenda® and had meaningful engagement in Omada for Prevention lost 1.7x the weight at month 12 compared to those who used these medications and had limited engagement in the program.
- Members in the Enhanced GLP-1 Care Track (ECT) were 22% more engaged and lost 28% more weight on average at four months compared to members on GLP-1s without the ECT.
Weight Maintenance Post GLP-1 Discontinuation: Omada can help members prevent weight gain following discontinuation of GLP-1 treatment. Our recent analysis found that Omada members who opted into the discontinuation path within our Enhanced GLP-1 Care Track experienced no weight gain (-0.1% weight change) on average 16 weeks post-discontinuation.
