You can conveniently track your engagement progress using a specialized tool in the mobile app. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you access and use this feature.

Step 2: Enter Your GLP-1 Medication in Omada
This tool is specifically for GLP-1 users who have Omada usage requirements set by their insurance. To access the engagement tracking tool, you need to enter your GLP-1 medication information in the Omada app.

For existing entries:
- If you’ve already entered your GLP-1 medication, proceed with the instructions below to access and utilize the engagement tracking tool.
Finding the Engagement Tracking Tool:
You can locate your engagement status in various sections of the app:
Home Page:
- Look for a prompt beneath the action items suggesting you track your GLP-1 coverage requirements. Clicking on it will direct you to the engagement tracking tool.
- You can preview your current status in this section. To see more details on your engagement progress, click on the arrow.
Progress Page:
- Navigate to your Progress Page, where you'll find an item labeled "Monthly Omada usage requirements for GLP-1s." Clicking this link will also lead you to the engagement tracking tool.
Understanding Your Engagement Status:
- As part of your insurance company’s requirements, please make sure to use your Omada app at least 4 times over the past 31 days and weigh yourself with the Omada scale at least 4 times in the last 31 days. Your insurance may also have other requirements unrelated to Omada.
- This tool offers real-time updates on your engagement progress. Keep in mind that the status you see is reported to your insurance within 24 hours after you check the tool.
By following these instructions, you can easily monitor your engagement progress and ensure you meet any requirements set by your insurance for medication coverage.
