This feature is only available for mobile app users at this time. If you would like to track your water, please download the Omada app on your mobile device and follow the instructions below.
- Tap on Food from your Home Screen.
- On the Explore tab, under Water, you can select the amount of water you drank.
- Alternatively, you can also add your water intake for past days from the Meal log tab.
- By clicking on the >, you can view your water intake for the day

- To remove an entry, tap x next to the entry you want to remove.
- For iOS users only, you can also sync your water from your Health app!
- To do this, you can allow permissions by navigating to your Settings in the Omada app and clicking on Apps.
- There will also be a prompt that pops up when using our water tracker for the first time.
- Syncing water is not yet available for Google Connect or Samsung Health
