If you would like to track your activity, please download the Omada app on your mobile device and follow the instructions below.

If your Health app is connected to your Omada account and you would like to update your steps, click here.
If you would like to track your activity and activity minutes, click here.
- Tap Progress at the bottom of your screen. This will take you to your Progress Page.
- Tap Activity.
- On your activity page you have the ability to:
- View your step tracking chart
- View your current week and previous weeks of tracked steps and activities
- View your activity minutes
- View your summary
- Add steps
- Add activity minutes
- Tap the “+” symbol in the upper right corner of your screen. You will have the option to Add Activity Minutes and Add or Edit Steps.
- Tap Add or Edit Steps to enter your steps manually.
- You will see the word Today to enter your current day’s steps. If you need to enter activity for a previous date, tap Today and this will allow you to select a previous date. Please note you will not be able to enter activities for a future date.
- To manually add steps, tap Total Steps.
- Enter your total number of steps for the day and tap Finish.
- You are now able to view your manually entered steps.
If you have the automatic step tracking feature enabled, you will be prompted to edit steps via the Health app.
- Tap Imported from Apple Health.
- Tap Open Apple Health app.
- Tap Steps.
- Tap on Add Data in the upper right corner of your screen.
- A new screen will pop-up where you can manually add steps, adjust the date, and adjust the time.
- Please note: If you need to enter activity for a previous date, you will have to change the date in the Health App as well for the changes to reflect in your Omada account.
- Enter the additional steps for the day and tap Add.
- Please note: If you have existing steps for the day, manually entering steps will add to the existing number of steps for the day. It will not update the overall total, but rather add to it.
- Example: If your existing step total for the day is 461 and you would like your total to be 2,461 steps, please manually add 2,000 steps and this should update your overall total to 2,461 steps. Please do not enter 2,461 steps as this will update your overall total to 2,922 steps instead.
- Please note: If you have existing steps for the day, manually entering steps will add to the existing number of steps for the day. It will not update the overall total, but rather add to it.
- These steps will then be added to your total step count in the Health app.
- Once you've entered your steps in the Health app, navigate back to the Omada app. Your step count should now be updated.
- Please note: It may take some time for your Omada app to refresh and reflect the updated steps.
You may also Add Activity Minutes to enter your activity details.
- This feature allows you to add the type of activity, the day the activity was completed, as well as the duration of the activity.
- For example: You may enter today’s activity as yoga and the duration of your yoga session as 30 minutes.
- Tap the “+” symbol in the upper right corner of your screen. You will have the option to Add Activity Minutes or Add or Edit Steps.
- Tap Add Activity Minutes.
- Enter your activity in the search box and tap the activity once it appears.
- You will see the word Today to enter your current day’s activity details. If you need to enter activity for a previous date, tap Today and this will allow you to select a previous date. Please note you will not be able to enter activities for a future date.
- Tap Duration to enter the time spent on the activity and tap Finish.
- You can always delete the entered activity by tapping on the activity and selecting Delete Activity.
- A prompt will appear: Are you sure you want to delete this activity? Please tap Delete this activity.
- Your activity and activity minutes should now be reflected.
