If you miss the call, the CDCES will leave a message (if they are able to do so), then try calling you again within 5 minutes. If you’re unavailable for the second call, the CDCES will not call a third time. Your assigned Omada Specialist may check-in with you within 2 business days via a private message to discuss the very high/low reading.
You cannot call the CDCES back at the phone number that the CDCES uses to call you. Nor can you text from your mobile phone to that phone number. If you try to call the CDCES back, you will receive a message saying that that phone number cannot receive messages or voicemails. In the event of a medical emergency, call a doctor or 911 immediately.
