You may track your step activity automatically using your mobile device, or by syncing a compatible activity tracking device, or using a pedometer.
If you use a pedometer, it will count your steps when you wear it.
It may be helpful to establish a new pattern associated with your morning routine by remembering to bring your pedometer with you. Try fastening your pedometer to a belt buckle or loop, carrying it in a bag, or placing it inside your pocket.
The pedometer we sent you will not be able to automatically sync with your Omada account. Please enter your daily steps manually on the Tracking page under Activity.
Your pedometer will automatically reset to 0 steps at midnight, if you have set up the Time of Day on your pedometer.
To view your daily step total,
- Press any button on your pedometer to wake it up.
- Make sure you see Step listed at the top of the screen.
- The number displayed will be the total step recorded for today.
To see the current distance that you’ve walked,
- Press any button on your pedometer to wake it up.
- Press Mode until you see Mile listed at the top.
- This will display the total distance you have walked today.
Your pedometer will also save 7 days worth of activity. Please press Mem to review your step counts from the previous days.
