Pedometer may not count steps correctly when:
- irregular motion such as swinging or vibrating
- inconsistent walking pace

If you are using a Pedusa pedometer.
Pedometers may not count steps correctly when:
- Unit moves irregularly. For instance, if loosely placed in a bag while on a bike, bus or car.
- Movement includes sitting and standing, playing sports, or walking on a steep surface.
You can test your pedometer to see if it's working properly by walking at a steady pace on a flat surface. You can also review set-up instructions.
