If your Omada program includes blood glucose tracking, you may be entering your values throughout the day. You and your Specialist can work together to understand how various choices affect these blood glucose values.

Open the Omada Health app and tap on the Blood Glucose icon from the Home page.

Alternatively, from the Home page you can tap on the Progress icon.

Tap on the Glucose icon.

From the Glucose page, tap on the "+" symbol on the top right corner.

Enter your reading in the fields provided including blood glucose value, date/time reading was taken, and context for the reading (before or after meals, at bedtime, etc.)
- Tap Done. Your blood glucose values should then be recorded.
- To learn about the level of your value (Low, In Range, High, etc), tap on the Glucose Levels and Color Code icon at the bottom of the Glucose tracker screen to open the color legend.
Android:
- Open the Omada Health app and tap on the Progress icon.
