iOS:

Open the Omada Health app and tap on the Progress icon.
- Tap on Glucose icon.
- On your Glucose page, please ensure that you are on the “Day” view.

If you tap on a glucose reading, and you should see a ‘+’ appear.

Please note that you can add a note to both your BGM and CGM readings. You can adjust the data on your glucose chart by clicking the drop down menu. You can switch between seeing your BGM readings, CGM readings, or you can see both your BGM and CGM readings.

Tap the ‘+’ to add a note to that reading.
- Once you are finished, tap Save!

You can access your notes in two places:
- Tapping in to the data point (you’ll notice the data point with notes will have a caret instead of a “+”)

Under Notes respective of the date of the note

Click the +Add details/context to add a note to that reading and tap Save.
