Entering your weights manually can be useful when traveling or experiencing temporary scale issues. Members can enter their weights on their own, without relying on the Omada scale to send the weights, by following the steps below.
To add your weight manually, if you have not used your scale:
- Select ‘Add weight manually’ located towards the bottom of the screen.
- Enter your weight in pounds and select ‘Ok’.
- You can then confirm your weight by selecting ‘Yes, it’s correct’.
To add your weight manually, if you have used your scale:
- From the Omada app, tap the Progress icon on the bottom of the screen. This will take you to your Progress page.
- Scroll down and select ‘Weight History’ from your Progress page.
- In your Weight Progress Chart, select ‘Add weight’ located on the top right corner.
- When prompted, if you would like to turn on manual weight entry select “Yes, turn on”.
Once the manual weight entry feature has been enabled, please follow the instructions below to enter your weights.
From the Home Screen:
- Select ‘Weight’ under Daily Tracking.
- You will be brought to your Progress chart. Click ‘Add weight’.
- Select ‘Add Weight’ under the date you want to add a weight.
- Once the weight has been entered, you can select another date to add additional weigh-ins for other dates or tap ‘Done’.
- For iPhone ‘Done’ will be in the upper right corner.
- For Android ‘Done’ will be located on the right side of the keyboard.
- For iPhone ‘Done’ will be in the upper right corner.
From Progress page:
- From the Progress page, click on ‘Weight History’ under Your Health Data .
- Select ‘Add weight’ located on the top right corner.
- Select ‘Today’s date’ or select the date you would like to add a weight for.
- Enter your weight.
- Once the weight has been entered, you can select another date to add additional weigh-ins for other dates or tap ‘Done’.
- For iPhone ‘Done’ will be in the upper right corner.
- For Android ‘Done’ will be located on the right side of the keyboard.
- For iPhone ‘Done’ will be in the upper right corner.
- Once the weight has been entered, you can select another date to add additional weigh-ins for other dates or tap ‘Done’.
Please note: You will only be able to manually add in one weigh-in per day. You can edit manually entered weights, however, you will not be able to edit weights reported directly from the scale.
