Omada members are able to set and edit 2 types of weight loss goals: Current goal and Long-term Goal.
Current goals are a 4 month (16 week) goal, the first weight loss goal is automatically set at 7% of the initial weight. However, members are welcome to reset the goal to a different amount if they choose to do so. It is recommended that Current goals be set to a 5% - 7% weight loss. Please keep in mind that resetting this goal restarts the 16 week clock.
Long- term goals are typically a larger weight loss goal. This goal can be thought of as your ideal weight goal.
