If you are clinically eligible, you will be sent a Welcome Kit from Omada after you are accepted into the program and complete your account setup.
The Welcome Kit, which contains your wireless scale, will arrive before or near your start date. You will receive an email with tracking information once your Welcome Kit is on its way.
Please contact us if you are unable to track your package or if your package is missing.
Please note that members with a BMI in the normal or “healthy” range may not receive a Welcome Kit containing a scale. These members can manually enter their weight if they choose.
