Finding the Engagement Tracking Tool:
You can locate your engagement status in various sections of the app:
Home Page:
- Look for a prompt beneath the action items suggesting you track your GLP-1 coverage requirements. Clicking on it will direct you to the engagement tracking tool.
- If you don’t see the action item on your home page, then you have met the usage requirements for the current month and no action is needed from you at this time.
Progress Page:
- Navigate to your Progress Page, where you'll find an item labeled "Monthly Omada usage requirements for GLP-1s." Clicking this link will also lead you to the engagement tracking tool.
Understanding Your Engagement Status:
- Your PBM or insurance company requires that in order to refill a prescription for your GLP1 for weight loss, you have to use the Omada program four times and complete four weigh-ins over a four-week period. Your PBM or insurance company may also have other requirements unrelated to Omada.
- This tool offers real-time updates on your engagement progress. Keep in mind that the status you see is reported to your insurance 24-72 hours after you check the tool.
By following these instructions, you can easily monitor your engagement progress and ensure you meet any requirements set by your insurance for medication coverage. If you have specific questions about your medication coverage that are not about your engagement with the Omada program, please contact your insurance.
