Most mobile phones are able to track your steps automatically, but there are some minimum requirements for this feature to work.
Requirements:
Android: You must have an OS 7.0 or higher for these features to work.
- Please note, phones that are on Android 4.4 or below will not be able to download a new version of the Omada app.

Note: Please allow 2 days for Fitbit to establish a connection and send your data to Omada.
Instructions:
- Please download the Omada app by opening this link from your mobile device.
- For Android users, please be sure to select the Google Play icon.
- Alternatively, you can also download our app by searching for Omada in the Google Play Store.
- Please ensure that you have the Fitbit app downloaded on your mobile device.
- Log in to the Omada mobile app.
- If you are already logged in to the Omada mobile app, please log out and log back in.
- Within the Omada app Home page, tap the photo icon in the upper right corner of your screen.
- Tap on the Settings gear icon.
- Navigate to the Account section and tap Log Out.
- Log back in with your credentials.
- If you are already logged in to the Omada mobile app, please log out and log back in.
- Once you have logged into your Omada mobile app, tap the the photo icon in the upper right corner of your screen on the Home page.
- Tap on the Settings gear icon.
- Navigate to the Health Tracking section and tap Apps & Devices.
- Tap on Fitbit to connect your Fitbit account with Omada.
- A prompt should appear asking you to share health data between Omada & Fitbit. Tap Connect to Fitbit.
- Sign into your Fitbit account.
- Once signed in, tap Allow All and then Allow to complete integration.
- You should now see a checkmark next to Fitbit within the Omada app. This indicates your steps data has been connected.
- If you would like to disconnect your Fitbit from the Omada app, tap Fitbit. A prompt should appear asking if you would like to Disconnect syncing with Fitbit? Tap Yes.
