Please update iOS apps to the latest versions available in the app store for the Libre app to ensure that the operating system does not cause the app to unintentionally close. Please note that the latest versions of the Libre app is required to use iOS 16 on an iPhone.
How to verify your Libre app version is the latest update:
- Open the Libre app
- Tap the Settings Menu.
- Tap About.
- Locate version number under “Software Full Version”.
If the version listed on the latest update for the Libre app 2/Libre 2 Plus app or Libre 3/Libre 3 Plus app is not the version installed, then follow the steps below on how to update the app.
How to update your Libre app:
- Open the App Store.
- Tap your profile icon at the top right of the screen.
- Scroll to see Available Updates and release notes.
- Tap Update next to Libre.
