Filtering Blood Glucose and Blood Pressure monitor readings

Case | Issue: To use when a member states that a specific BGM/BPM reading is incorrect and needs to be removed. 

Description | Used for: A member writes in or calls stating that a BGM/BPM reading on their Progress Page is incorrect and needs to be removed.

Process of Resolution: 

TIER 2 ONLY

1. Confirm with the member the correct reading and date to be removed. 
2. Navigate to their profile page and click on either Blood Glucose Values or Blood Pressure Values depending on which reading needs to be removed. 
3. Click on “Filter” next to the reading that needs to be removed. 
4. When you see it change to “Unfilter” then you have successfully removed the reading. 

• Please note: Unlike filtering out a weight reading, the BGM/BPM filter button will not change color.

5. Once completed, it is very important to please leave a System Note for the Health Coach on which reading was filtered out.
