You can take photos of your meals from your smartphone or upload a previously taken photo to the meal tracker in your Omada app.
1. On your Home page, under Action List, choose Track Food & Drinks to track a previous or current meal
2. Select the meal you would like to track. For example: + Breakfast and type it in
3. If you would like to track meals from a previous day, tap on the Triple Bars ≡ at the top left corner of your screen
4. Then tap on the Tracking tab
5. Select what meal you would like to add
6. Tap Cancel on the top right corner of your screen
7. Tap on the camera icon at the top right corner
8. A pop-up will appear at the bottom of the screen
a. If you would like to use a photo you have taken before, tap on Gallery or Photo
b. If you would like to take a photo of your meal/drink, tap on Camera
9. If you would like to retake the photo taken by camera, tap Retry or tap Ok to use the photo
10. After choosing or taking a photo, you are able to crop the image by tapping and dragging the small four corner points around the photo to your liking and tap Use
11. Select + Add Food to type in what the meal was, select Meal Size by tapping on the proper amount, and tap on the Healthiness scale of your drink/meal
12. Select the Finish button to add the name of the meal that you are logging
13. You will now be able to see your meal added to your Food tracking page
