If you miss the call, the CDE will leave a message (if they are able to do so), then try calling you again within 5 minutes. If you’re unavailable for the second call, the CDE will not call a third time. Your assigned Omada coach will check-in with you by the next business day via a private message in the Omada Program, and the very high/low reading can be discussed at that time.
You cannot call the CDE back at the phone number that the CDE uses to call you. Nor can you text from your mobile phone to that phone number. If you try to call the CDE back, you will receive a message saying that that phone number cannot receive messages or voicemails. You can send a private message to your assigned Omada coach at any time within the Omada app, and your coach will respond by the next business day. As mentioned above, in the event of a medical emergency, call a doctor or 911 immediately.
