Omada will suspend your service in two circumstances, but you can always resubscribe through your Settings page.
First, if you do not respond to repeated outreach on alarm values from our on-call CDE, and you are not in touch with your regular coach in the days after an alarm value, the service may not be right for you. Rather than continuing to bother you, we will suspend your 24/7 Blood Glucose Phone Support service. If this happens, we will notify you in advance via both email and mail. You can always resubscribe to 24/7 Blood Glucose Phone Support on your Settings page.
We will also suspend your service if we cannot confirm that we have your updated phone number, as the service depends on the on-call CDE calling you. When subscribing to 24/7 Blood Glucose Phone Support, Omada asks you to confirm your phone number. We will ask you to re-confirm your phone number every 6 months via in-app notifications.
If you do not re-confirm your phone number within 2 weeks, Omada will suspend your subscription to 24/7 Blood Glucose Phone Support. If this happens, you can re-subscribe at any time by confirming your phone number on your Settings page. For this type of suspension, we won’t notify you in advance, other than to request you confirm your phone number.
