You can assess whether your blood glucose levels are improving by:
1) Determining if your A1C level has changed. Your A1C level reflects your average blood glucose levels over the past 3 months. If your A1C has decreased, it's likely your blood glucose levels have improved.
2) Tracking your blood glucose values in the Omada app. Tracking will help you and your health coach identify blood glucose patterns and in turn help you recognize improvement.
