Your health coach will be able to tell you what is considered a "Normal Range" for your specific blood glucose values. Your doctor may have set individual targets with you, which you can review and discuss with your health coach.
The American Diabetes Association indicates the following therapeutic goals* for non-pregnant adults:
Preprandial BG: 70-130 mg/dL
Peak postprandial BG: <180 mg/dL (1-2 hours after the beginning of a meal)
