You are now able to view and edit your Medications List via your mobile app! If you would like to view and edit your Medications List via the web version of your account, please follow this guide.
To view and edit your Medication List you must log into your account via the mobile app.
- Within the Omada app, tap the triple bar “≡” in the upper left corner of your screen to open the sidebar menu.
- Tap Progress.
- Scroll down to the Your Health Data section and tap Medications.
- You will be brought to your Medications List page.
- If you do not take any medications for any of the following reasons:
- Diabetes
- High blood pressure
- High cholesterol
- Weight loss
- Tap I don’t take any of these medications.
- If you do take medications for any of the reasons listed above, you are able to add them to your account by tapping the “+” in the top right corner of your screen.
- You are able to enter the Medication Name and How Often you take the medication.
- Please note:
- The medication's name must be spelled correctly in order for the system to accept it.
- The medication must be included in our medications list in order to accept.
- If you find that a medication is not populating after entering, please check the spelling. If the spelling is correct, the medication is not on our list of accepted medications. Our medication entry feature largely focuses on diabetes, hypertension, and cholesterol medications.
- If you would like to share a specific medication you are unable to enter as it is not on the list of accepted medications, you may message your Health Coach/Specialist to inform them of the medication name and frequency.
- Tap Add once you have added the medication name and frequency.
- The medication should now be visible on your Medication List page.
- If you would like to delete a listed medication:
- Tap the medication you would like to remove.
- Tap delete.
