iPhone:
- Open the Omada Health app and click on your Progress page.
- Click on the Glucose tile.
- On your Glucose page, please ensure that you are on the “Day” view.
- If you click on a glucose reading, and you should see a ‘+’ appear.
- Please note that you can add a note to both your BGM and CGM readings. You can adjust the data on your glucose chart by clicking the drop down menu. You can switch between seeing your BGM readings, CGM readings, or you can see both your BGM and CGM readings.

- Click the ‘+’ to add a note to that reading.
- Once you are finished, click Save!
- You can access your notes in two places:
- Tapping in to the data point (you’ll notice the data point with notes will have a caret instead of a “+”)
- Under your “Today’s Notes” respective to date of the note
Android:

- Click on Progress.
- Click on the Glucose tile.
