You may track steps using your iPhone or Android mobile phone, a compatible activity tracking device or a manual pedometer.
Most mobile phones are able to track your steps automatically, but there are some minimum requirements for this feature to work.
Android Devices:
Samsung phones are capable of tracking a user's steps through the app S Health with OS Android 5.0 Kit Kat or higher.
Non-Samsung phones are capable of tracking a user's steps through the app Google Fit. Google Fit can be downloaded for free from the Play Store.
iPhone Devices:
The iPhone 5, 6, 6 Plus, 7, 7 Plus, 8 and 8 Plus are capable of tracking a user's steps.
Older versions of the iPhone are not capable of tracking steps even with the Health app installed.
Activity Tracking Devices:
You may sync an activity tracking device to Omada by logging into Omada and visiting the Tracking page. Fitness trackers by Fitbit, Fitbug, Garmin, iHealth, MapMyFitness, Misfit, and Withings can be synced with your account.
Please log in to Omada and follow these instructions to view the latest compatible devices and to determine if your device can be connected to Omada.
