If you’d like to track activities from a previous week, please visit your Tracking page.
- Go to the Food and Activity Tracker, on the right side of your screen.
- Click the blue Activity if it isn’t already open.
- Click on the day or navigate to the week you would like to edit by clicking on the < symbol next to the date.
- Follow the steps to track your activity.
- You can also enter hours and/or minutes of any activity that you completed that day under "Other Physical Activity". If you want to enter the type of activity completed, you can do it inside the Add Note section. The entry will automatically be saved!
