The Food and Activity Tracker is an Omada tool you can use to log meals, snacks, drinks, and activity. We recommend tracking daily to get the most out of the Omada program, as you will be able to see patterns in how your meals and activity affect your weight over time.
To locate your tracker:
1. Log into Omada.
2. Click on the tab titled Tracking on the left-hand side of the page.
3. You’ll see the Food and Activity tracker on the right-hand side of the page.
