To track meals from an earlier date, navigate to your Food and Activity tracker. It is located on your Tracking page, on the right side of the screen.
- Navigate to your Tracking page.
- On the right side of the Tracking page under "Trackers", click on the blue Food tab.
- You will see the word " now " highlighted in black. This is today's date. Above it, you will see a date range, Ex: Nov 1-Nov 7.
- Click on the name of the day you would like to enter meals for. Example: Sun . After clicking on this day, track your meals as usual.
- If you would like to enter meals from a previous week, click the back arrow: <
- Check the date range to make sure it has changed to the previous week. Ex: Oct 25-Oct 31.
- When you wish to return to the current week, click the forward arrow: >
You may also choose to track meals from an earlier date using the weekly view. Please click on the day and meal you would like to track. To go to a previous week, click the back arrow < .
